Carbon benchmarking is a service unique to DYB, designed to provide an inexpensive assessment of whether your business is a high or low emitter for it’s size, along with a “ballpark” figure of what it would cost to become carbon neutral.

This allows you to decide whether becoming carbon neutral is feasible for you without undertaking a full carbon footprint at no risk.

If you’re interested in your businesses’ carbon footprint Carbon Emissions Benchmarking is a cost effective way to get an idea of how your firm compares to businesses of similar size.

Benchmarking allows you to find out whether your firm is particularly large emitter, whether (in the opposite case) your firm’s low carbon footprint could be a strength and a potential point of difference in the market place.

People are often concerned when they begin the process of becoming Carbon Neutral as to what it will cost. Most assessors won’t tell you in advance (which means you could wind up paying for them to measure your carbon footprint only to find out it’s going to be too expensive to mitigate it).
